From February 2 to 23, 2026, the María Moliner Public Library (Villaverde) hosts my exhibition “Recortes de Humor”, a display of collages that celebrates the freshness, color and imagination that arise from the simple pleasure of playing with images. This series brings together pieces created from colorful cutouts of images of people or animals. For me, collages are a way to express unexpected ideas, usually with humor—they come from placing an image next to another without strict rules, just curiosity and a desire to surprise. It’s a hobby, a game in my free time about combining colors. A selection of them will be on display at the María Moliner Library to make you smile and for you to imagine what they convey to you! Admission is free during the library’s opening hours, so if you’re curious and have a little time you can go see how you interpret my cutouts.
